During my 9th-grade year in high school, I began uploading videos on YouTube where I shared my bread-making techniques. However, the COVID-19 pandemic struck the following year, forcing me to transition to remote learning and no longer attend school in person. Despite this challenging situation, I persevered with my YouTube channel, consistently uploading content. As time went on, I started gaining recognition and received opportunities for interviews on television and radio.

In Canada, the pandemic led to the closure of most shops, leaving only supermarkets and pharmacies open. This circumstance worked in my favour as I started receiving requests for my bread from people I knew. Although I'm not currently selling in small quantities, I have shifted my focus to wholesale distribution of sweets and smaller bread, catering to regular orders, parties, and events.
